A really nice and well balanced course teacher. It gives a wide overview about food microbiology. Recommendations: - check the las 2 videos, they are switched in their titles, the 20th an the 21th - it could be great to have a little bit more examples in the middle of the different explanations. thank you teacher, I really like this course.
