In this Zoho CRM user training course, I explain how to use all of the features inside Zoho CRM, helping users go from a beginner to expert.

to me, this course is for beginners but it says beginners to expert, after you finish you have a good understanding of the basics of the system but you are far away from becoming an expert. He did go through all the modules which was good, thanks!

I'm at the halfway point. When I compare the easiness, the user-friendliness of this with suffering through the godawful Salesforce Trailhead, it's night and day. Every CRM should have video tutorials like this--highly accessible, friendly, won't scare those new to the whole concept, etc. So far, at episode 56, it's an excellent, excellent series for users. Not for admins, of course, but that's not what it's meant to be. :-) VERY happy that I bought this for my crew to take as we switchover from SF to ZohoCrew. VERY.

Fantastic instructor! Thoroughly touched on each part of Zoho CRM just enough for me to understand each module and confidently explore the rest on my own. NO FLUFF and straight into learning. Zoho has updated their UI but the course is still relevant. Can follow along with a Trial Zoho account easily.

Through the entire course, there is no introduction of curriculum and a section, explaining what is for what and for which reason in the unveiling course of the modules. As I progress, I loved the binding of the subjects. As I stated, I'd love to have an introduction section focusing on more of the curriculum.

I bought this course as I have been trying configure our Zoho CRM for our company and am completely new to it. I was hoping for something a bit more in-depth, but it's really more of a tour for beginner users (Not beginner admins). I did learn about a couple of features I didn't know existed, but I'm still none the wiser on the configuration problems I have (Perhaps I'm not the intended audience though). There were numerous times where the presenter says "I'm sure I don't need to explain what X is to you". But actually, on a couple of occasions I could have done with *some* kind of explanation of what you meant. Finally, some real world examples would have been way better. He was just adding "Test Order" or "Test Customer" throughout, without going into any detail about typical workflow or how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together.

Great course to understand the ZohoCRM complete features. Thing things that can be improved is to include real life/ practical illustration rather than Nick Boardman as deal owner/customer/lead etc. Second thing is to add module to explain brief in-general detail about CRM.

So far, very good! Some sections just freeze and can't go any further. May be a recording issue? But overall, easy to follow.
