The course is structured in modules that build on each other and that can be combined in different sequences. This way you can decide yourself on your progress and really learn in depth rather than just following the same videos over and over again. Each module has a different focus such as forward bends, backbends, sun salutations, twisting postures etc. teaching you the most important factors. There are two full-length classes that combine everything you have learned, offering a comprehensive integration of your practice.
