Requirements

Yes..Awsome experience! Lots of valuable informations regarding human health and nature.The lectures are beautifilly rendered by Gurudath and Dr. Rupinder .. The journey through level 2 after completing level 1 is fantastic. The courses are designed with great wisdom which enable us to go through one by one systematically.. in addition we become more aware of the structure and functions of our body and how should we maintain our body healthy, both physically and mentally.. Thankful wishes and prayers .
