You have to buy a lot of 3rd party plugins to follow along. Especially for section 5 and 6. Besides that, the teacher is not explaining WHY he does things. For a student it is important to know why to use an effect. Finally, sometimes you cannot see what the teacher is doing because it is off-screen.
I do not recommend this course to others.

These lectures have some problems.
But they compensate for everything by the fact that excellent effects are collected here, which can be easily repeated without leaving home. And I give this assessment for several more reasons. I liked to correspond with the creator of the course, he was able to quickly explain everything to me, what I did not understand. And I know that he will continue to create new lectures if new students are introduced to his course. Good luck.

Great lectures. I have been following this course for a long time, but I have not bought it until recently. This course has interesting and easy to understand lectures, as well as, importantly, lectures are constantly added and have additional materials that are easy to download. I think this is a great course.
In these lectures, it was shown almost everything that the AE program is capable of.
I was pleased with the presence of such lectures as Star Wars, Dr. Strange
I am sure that soon I will return to this course and repeat many lectures in my AE.

Never studied video editing and creating effects. But, in search of something new, on the site, I came across an interesting course. I like cinema, especially science fiction. And in this course, my two, favorite topics, Star Wars and the Marvel Cinematic Universe were taken apart.
For me, as a beginner, it was interesting to watch. Everything is very clearly and quickly explained.
