Description

This course is not sponsored by or affiliated with Udemy, Inc.

Note: This is an old and out-of-date course about MailChimp. I'm leaving it published so that I can distribute it for free to my existing Udemy students. I believe this course still has a lot to offer. Please do not buy this course expecting an up-to-date explanation of MailChimp's features. Instead, become a student via another course and get this one for free ;-).

Note that Udemy and Camtasia have both changed considerably since the publication of this course.  I'm leaving this course published because I feel it still contains a wealth of valuable information.  This course is for Brian Jackson collectors only.

Want to Make $10,000 Or More per Year Authoring Udemy Courses?

The Udemy team recently announced that 1/4 of its instructors make more than $10,000 per year selling their Udemy courses online. More than $10,000.  I personally make well over $30,000 per year.  That's a lot of passive income to simply watch pass you by without acting. Maybe it's time you considered taking your piece of the pie.

Loads of helpful tips on working with PowerPoint and Camtasia. There are numerous approaches to using these two software programs to create presentations and Brian presents one of the easiest approaches to use. It's a helpful course on creating and publishing courses for Udemy.

I highly recommend this course because it's very nicely explained and very easy to apply-there is a lot to learn from this course even if you don’t plan to teach on Udemy but just want to teach or to learn about the software- it's easy to understand and to use it. Brian explains every step nicely & clearly – 5 Stars- I also recommend the other courses from Brian Jackson

You have decided to produce a course for Udemy?, your best bet will be taking Brians'course. He has the gift of making simple complicated things. He will walk you in a logical and simple way through the steps you shoul follow to complete your course production. After finishing the course you shouldn't have excuse for not to end up creating and posting your course at Udemy. He has recently up dated the course and you will find important tips about dealing with some times Udemy's troublesome courses approval procedures.

Thanks Brian for a well presented course into Camtasia Studio 8 and PowerPoint. This was exactly what I have been searching for to begin presenting classes online in a blended format for my EFL students in Turkey. I anticipate finishing your course this weekend to start designing my classes for the next academic year. Your explainations are clear and easy to understand and follow. I don't feel overwhelmed anymore!

If you are looking for a way to maximize the awesome capabilities of PowerPoint and Camtasia then look no further than this course. And couple that with learning the ins and outs of Udemy you can't go wrong with this course. What i truly appreciate about the training is that the author focused on video demonstration as oppose to text, downloads and ebooks. If you want to get your first course up on Udemy, learn PowerPoint and Camtasia then you should get this course!!

I'm in the process of creating my first course, and Brian's course has really helped me have more confidence in using Camtasia. I also really like the way he walked through the process of setting up the course in the course content and curriculum area, and promoting the course. I felt like I got "inside information" from someone who is doing it! I'm excited about finishing my course. This was just what I needed! Thanks, Brian.

This course is exactly what the title says it is (and more). The instructor, Brian Jackson, goes through methodically and slowly, each necessary step to building your own course. I am fairly familiar with PowerPoint and Camtasia, however Brian's instructions help pull it together to make a strong production. He takes the time and discusses how to setup your course in udemy, produce your course with PowerPoint and Camtasia, gives great suggestions on production, how-to on marketing your course, pricing and much much more. I feel if you are looking to create your own course and struggled with the mechanics to produce it and successfully launching it... this is the course for you.

This course is very comprehensive and it covers a wide range of what you need to know to create the high-quality screencast videos for your Udemy course. This course will be particularly helpful to you especially when you are completely new to Udemy and screencast video production. I suggest that you complete this course before producing your videos. Some tips such as video rendering format are really helpful and can save you a lot of time. Brian is also very responsive and, if you have any questions about the lectures or you own course(s), you can send him a message to get his feedback in the timely manner. Lastly, I would like to thank Brian for his effort in creating this course. I believe that you have helped hundreds or thousands of newcoming Udemy instructors and you will help even more in the future. Thanks, Brian.

Not sure how many courses I have taken from Brian but it is a few now. The reason is they are very easy to follow. He always covers things that are quite detailed which I need. So I am more than happy to review and recommend and Gimp totally frustrated me but not anymore.

Brian is passionate about passing his knowledge on. I feel better equipped to create my own course after I enjoyed how you included the process of submission to Udemy for approval and it added some realism for those of us in the process of creating our own courses. I will be seriously considering some of your other courses in my Udemy course creation journey!
