Yes its good course. Suggest to give example of Boolean and X-ray screen to source lateral profile when we have multiple key words. Eg: Looking for IO Layout with 3-10 years of experience with finfet technologies 3nm, 4nm, 5nm . Experienced with Cadence viruoso/XL/Calibre/PVS/Assura. Location. Bangalore. This course is amazing and useful but its not a complete package. This course should include Manpower planning calculation, Recruitment Budgeting, Cost per hire, Recruitment metrics & analytics, and Talent Acquisition long term strategy should be added to make a complete package for everyone.

This course has very useful information on the hiring process in general. I initially purchased this training because I wanted to improve my hiring skills, particularly in this section and according to my personal expectations I could got more value tips about it , however, this course has fulfilled the learning expectations.

In general, it is a good overview of the recruitment process. However, majority of the topics that are discussed are more suitable for people with very little or no experience in the field of recruitment. Nevertheless, there are also some pretty interesting new things I learnt and I am eager to apply at my work (regarding behavioural interview). Apart from that, the only thing I disliked was the sound. I highly suggest redoing the videos with a good microphone and without any background noise, because that was distracting and sometimes hard to hear. Additional advise is to turn the presentations into bullet points ones. If I can read what you are going to say, what is the point of listening right? Regardless, thank you for your effort and time!
