everything is awesome easy to understand and simple. 1.please check if audio can be louder. 2.arrange quizes between end of lessons. 3. can you consolidate all the chapters so that same content we don't have to mission again and again. This will give us more time to practice questions.

Pros: - David has a positive and clear voice - Lecture content organized well, slides crisp, a lot of work went into this - Seems to cover the all of the PMI-PMP content - Good organization at a high level Cons: - Welcome to 25 hours of PMI theoretical "PowerPoint hell". - Very little to break the monotony and prevent information overload where you are sitting there listening not sure what you are absorbing. - No quizzes every few sections - No detailed real-world examples built into the theory:"Let's build a Project Charter, Project Plan". There is a project plan guide later which is useful, but it would be so much more helpful if we built the content along with learning the PMI theory. - Two 250 question exams. (Real exam is only 180 questions!). No feedback until you've completed the entire 250 questions. Suggestions: - Add 5 question quizzes every few sections and one 20 question quiz to finish the major sections. Pull from existing problem set. - Have 50 questions broken 10 sections so students can get feedback faster and see where they are weak. - Esp for PMBOK6, add sections where students build the plans or do the work with your guidance. Overall - A great resource, but it could be so much better and more helpful from a learning and memorizing perspective and wouldn't take that much more work.

Passed the PMP exam the first time in 3 weeks with Above Target in all three areas. I used this class and listened to it while I was walking the dogs or multitasking. I thought I should take a few more practice exams so I also used the 2023 PMP Mock Practice Tests by Yassine Tounsi, but that may have been overkill. I was shooting just for Target. It may have been easier for me because I have 10+ years in project management, an MBA, and most of my experience is in HR, so I knew most the People and Business domains before I even started. I was worried there would be a lot of Agile and PMI specific jargon, as that was my weak spot, but it was more situational based just as the PMP site and David mentioned.
