the course was detailed enough. the presenting voice is kinda bland and it can get boring and confusing as well also because there are some mistakes made like grammar, I would've liked it if every term used was explained in detail so I don't have to google anything. A whole REAL example of every step to booking a load would've been nice too.

All of this information can be found on YouTube. I expected a lot more. He encourages to not make conversation. How do you build relationships that way? A refund would be nice but ehh do not recommend.
