I previously worked for a 4PL as a Customer Service Manager. I worked quite closely with the Logistics Manager so I picked up on quite a lot of the in and outs of logistics. I am now the Logistics Manager for a new company and having to pick up some of the finer detail as I go along. This course has helped me gain a much better understanding of the overall end to end supply chain logistics process. A lot of material was covered and thoroughly explained. Rewatching videos helped to get rid of any doubts when something wasn't understood immediately. There are personal anecdotes and real life examples sprinkled throughout the course that underline why certain things are relevant and what risks you may encounter if something isn't done properly. The speaker's English was very clear and can be easily understood at 2x speed.
