I really enjoyed the class. I feel very calm. I am stretching for health and flexibility. Though it may take some time to loosen up, I can see how I’ll become much more flexible over the next few months.

Loved that it’s only 20-25 min daily and results are incredible! I have never heard about deep fascia stretching and I feel like I discovered something that my body absolutely loves! It was challenging at the beginning but I love challenges!
