This course provided me with the confidence in public speaking again. In my younger years I had no problem speaking in front of an audience and it didn’t matter what I said. But I’m guess as I’ve gotten older I’m more critical of what myself and what i say. This course helped me to reflect and see where I can lean in and start over again. I really want to become a public speaker and I've been on YouTube for 4 years now practicing my skills and communicating with the public. This is the first Master class I've ever taken in regards to public speaking and I am very happy with what I'm learning so far. The course started with real earnest on fixing a Goal, Writing down the 5 messages as home work. Subsequently it was about remembering and appropriate story for each of the 5 points. This has really made it more engaging for me as I was also developing my own pitch!

Dear TJ, Thanks a lot for such an inspiring and insightful course. I personally engaged in some public speaking during my stint at Toastmasters. The course offered better concepts since they are coming from a certified professional unlike concepts shared from speakers who are still learning the craft through trial and error and constructive feedback. My question is that if a speaker is limited to 5-7 mins to speak, can he still fit 5 stories in that speech and still meet his speech objectives? I am more than willing to go back to the course to remember some of the concepts that you outlined should I return to Toastmasters or for the fun it and will definitely offer you more points for improvement if needed. Keep up the good work and Regards
