It enables the individual to follow a logical journey of learning and empowerment, through a variety of life coaching and spiritual techniques and exercises.

For spiritual progress we need balance in life too. The course empowers the learner to analyse, make choices, create action plans, evaluate and reflect on the progress made. The course is also a great resource for teachers for use with individuals or groups as empowerment exercises. A full manual and 19 exercise templates are available to download for indefinite use.

This course is wonderful and extremely helpful in assessing your spiritual goals, progress, development, and the steps to get there. Just like Helen's other courses, this one is comprehensive with carefully curated materials and tools to assist you in your spiritual assessment. As a coach, I found this course very helpful to my spiritual development and it gave me great tips and tools to use with my clients. I recommend this course to everyone who is interested in assessing their lives through a spiritual perspective or assisting others in doing the same.

Wow this course is life changing. I love the concept of becoming your own guru and really navigating for yourself, for me this is so important, but what this course gives us is so many easy practical tools, to put this into action. I feel this is so valuable and is something I will re visit for me personally not only as recommended 6 monthly, but also when we go through that lost Overwhelmed feeling. This is so valuable as a unique toolkit within my own teaching in 1:1 sessions and also in group sessions. For me Helen’s work is always so spot on, she has a way of know exactly what is required and what she has developed here is absolutely genius. Helen’s genuine desire to help people and more importantly to empower has always shone through and this toolkit is a perfect example. I love the feel of this and I’m so excited to use some of this regularly to help me to reframe and move myself forward.
