I was disappointed in the course because there is no true sense of the presence of an instructor or any personal connectivity. It comes over like an advertisement with a very polished radio announcer style narration covering what meditation is and why it can help as though written by a copywriter. For an absolute beginner who wants a very quick detached overview it may work. But there are lots of places you can get that.
