This guy is about as exciting as paint drying however the course is free and to be honest the subject as a whole can be quite boring. The instructor jumps around a bit and definitely needs to invest in some lighting/graphics turning your back then scribbling on a white boards is hard to follow especially as it looks like something a 4 yr old would write. At the end of the day its free with awesome information on basic start up pointers and how legal entities work. I'll be def trying his apps as well, its good to know the basics about finances not to actually do them yourself but to hire the right people and know what they're talking about. I wish when I started business 8 years ago that I did a few courses and hired the right people would have saved me a whole lot of trouble.

I didn't realize how old this video was. Most of this stuff I already knew. But I should have read the description before signing up for it.

The course was detailed around the scope of business formation and as taxation is so wide, there needs to be more time to flesh out certain areas. However, overall, the course was helpful to me in the UK, despite being catered for the US market.
