Vicky provided a lot of interesting information, but for me there was not much new things to be learned. I expected more detailled examples. And the presentation was "very special". One may like it, but I prefer a more serious style.

A very informative class with lots of useful tips and advice. I really like this as it saves me a lot of time in doing research on what I should do with onboarding new staff and retaining them at office. Getting a good new joiner is not easy but retaining them is even difficult. I believe this course will certainly help me to achieve this aim and to avoid the nightmare of restarting new recruitment again.
