This course provides some great exposure to various little nooks and crannies in Tableau. It's very interesting to see what customer-driven challenges the instructor faced and solved, and I really appreciate him sharing his resulting knowledge with us neophytes. However, I found some aspects of the series not as well-organized as I'd like in terms of building one lesson to the next, and also the chosen variable names often struck me as quite unclear vis-a-vis real world best practices.

Usually I wait until the end to comment--but the first lesson? Using set actions to drill down? Fantastic! Many of my end users are more familiar with Excel and while they appreciate what Tableau can offer, they still want (demand) an Excel-like experience. (ugh) I went back and added drill downs to several workbooks and sent out an update notice and all of a sudden I am a genius. So, thank you! :)

Esse professor é incrível, realmente apresenta soluções pouquíssimo vistas no tableau. Curso vale cada centavo, mas tem que assistir na velocidade reduzida para compreender bem os conceitos. Farei todos os cursos desse professor!

What an insightful course! I particularly enjoyed the moving annual target lecture and had been programming that in my SQL code because I didn’t know how to start on the right date in the visualization without filtering out necessary data. This is the second masterclass I’ve taken with this instructor and I’ve decided I’ll do all of his master classes—when Udemy gets back to $12 class sales. Wish I had realized how good this would be and the unanticipated sick downtime I’d have before the latest sale ended!

Another quality content by Dan. If you are looking for an inspiration, techniques to apply to your day-to-day work using Tableau, I highly recommend all his courses including this. I liked this course especially because I was just looking to get more familiar with Actions like Set Actions and Parameter Actions. Hopefully he will keep u producing quality content as Tableau adds more new features.
