Thank you very much Chantal for this amazing course. I am trying out the exercises you and your team have demonstrated and I am getting good results. More specifically, front of my knee cap (patella) was hurting. And your exercise on strengthening the calf muscles started giving me results. I highly recommend this short, sweet course. Very easy to follow. Excellent videos showing correct positions and form to use with each exercise and stretching. I can't wait to start the program. I really think it will help me a lot. I have taken physical therapy before for my knees and I believe this program is the best.

A must have for those interested in rehab or maintaining knee health. The anatomy is explained in simple terms, and you are given all the exercises kneeded to strengthen and stretch knees. I wish there were a little bit more information on which exercises should receive the most emphasis/how to figure out the main problem area. But even without extensive discussion on that subject, I greatly appreciate this course and will recommend to family and friends who have knee issues.

I wanted a copy of it as I had taken the DVD version out from our public library several times to help with my knees. I love the content but find the intro to each section a bit annoying. I was also expecting a DVD version not an online version. It isn’t very clear what you are getting when you add to cart and the online version doesn’t run smoothly on my iPad. I have to press the pause and play button again to start the next section.

Very nice course with comprehensive introduction about knee physiology and structure. The proposed exercises can be easily done at home and integrated in a daily routine. The explanation is clear and precise and the videos very well done.

There were a couple of pieces in this that I have never seen before so that was great. I did feel pain relief right away. I’ve worked with a personal trainer before, but these exe vise were more precise and very effective. I found them easy enough to do and after a few days I could execute them. Pain is significantly reduced, even gone, and my legs have more functional strength. Thanks for a quick, easy, effective course.

This is a terrific course. Chantal knows her stuff. I can personally vouch that the exercises suggested by her have helped me significantly so much so that I never miss them. Yes, I continue to be careful with my knees, but I'm confident that in the longer run, I'll be as normal and strong at my knees as anyone else. Plus - Chantal never fails to responds to questions. I have OA of the knee. After doing Sections 2-4, I already felt less pain in my knee. It is very motivating for me because I have pain most of the time! Prior to enrolling in this course, I was following some exercises that my physiotherapist advised me and my pain became worst. I will recommend this exercise video to anybody who has knee problem to improve the quality of their lives and that is to be pain free!
