As someone who had attempted meditation way in the past and didn't connect with it, to now return to try returning it again as a beginner, I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I think it is pitched well to beginners, most are short meditations with great guidance, and perfect for myself who works at home and just wants to squeeze a 5 minute meditation at the beginning and end of the day. I also have to emphasise that I think Arial has a wonderful calmness and soothing voice, and went at a lovely pace, which just made this much more relaxing and accessible for me. Thank you
