Very amazing course, linking the current stressful life experience with Islamic situations and how prophets deal with their stress situation. It is a very helpful course for whom they are suffering a stressful life -as most of us- due to different reasons, as the course going through different causes of stress and how we can manage the stress to live a peaceful life. I haven't finished the entire course yet, but so far I am enjoying it, the exercises are very helpful too because it makes you think about all your problems, and negative effects it has caused as well as positive. For me it's been very helpful to read my notes right after expressing myself because it stays embedded in my mind, I am aware of my problem so in a way it's like an organizer, now I just need to take each though and start correcting it.

The course is very applicable in the real life. However, it would be better if the instructor gives more comprehensive examples on how the Prophets manage their stress. Also, more examples on duas and verses to manage stress.

I'm not a Muslim and I was pleasantly surprised to find how much of this is applicable to daily life in the western world. Ms. Farzana clearly displays a passionate love for her faith and a deep compassion for humanity.
