I liked the course content and the short segments for utility purposes. However, the course needs more focus on the financial analysis necessary to determine the business purchase price. Further, we should be able to download the presentation slides associated with the course.

This is not a comprehensive course. It is quite general. Good for information. There is no way for an inexperience person to be able to go through this acquisition process by taking this course. Still need to improve like giving case study, showing example how to calculate the repayment period if it is under seller financing...etc. Remember, we are buying this course is to learn the skill to acquire a company but this course is only provide information guide which can be found online. Disappointed ! Not recommended to those who are seriously looking to learn the skill of acquisition.

For those who have no previous knowledge of buying a business, it's a good, solid, engaging overview. However for me it was not a good match. Was looking for more concrete and in-depth content on actually valuing a business, instead of a 4-minute section that basically says "discounted cashflow method is complicated, so have someone do it for you." Also a bit outdated info on business lending through banks. 2009 is over.

Very clear explanations. It's a bit short so I wish he would've gone more in-depth on certain topics but overall good, short presentation for anyone starting to buy a business and just want the cliff notes :)
