Sound is a sacred part of us that we connect with every day. In this course take your understanding of sound, the throat chakra and the sacred geometry embedded within sound to the next level.

We will be using our voice as the vessel for the healings and so you do not have to have a musical instrument to take part. By the end of the course you will have three main sound healing techniques and practices to work with on yourself or others. You do not need to already be a trained musician to enjoy and work with the content in this course.

The meditations were amazing! Great experience. The only thing I found difficult about the program was the music theory as I'm a beginner and haven't worked a lot with the music notes and understanding of the frequencies and hertz. Other than that it was a great course.

I've been wondering if there is a way to use our vocal, other than what we've "normally" known. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this course as it's a good starting point to learn more about complex and deeper world of sound. Because I believe there is so much more in the sound. To me there is no doubt that sound is very powerful and has the capability of transcending us anywhere in time and space, and also connecting us to anyone and anything. A little bit more detailed information about grid and what we could use to tune into 432 Hz and 440 Hz would be great, though, especially for people like me who are totally clueless about these things. Thank you for this interesting course!
