I think it has a good coverage for a 2hrs course but perhaps a bit too condensed and overwhelming for beginners, where I have to rewatch some of the steps quite a few times, follow it through to have a better grasp on the operations done. It's more suitable for intermediates with some prior experience with SolidWorks. Overall, great contents and very helpful.

Glad I got this course at a discount while on sale. As noted in the discussion boards, the course doesn't maintain continuity very well, has some grammar errors, and other issues (like a quiz question that you cannot answer as correct even if you select the correct answer). Also, some of the download materials are incomplete (like lecture 19 assembly that doesn't include the parts; but, has the assembly file; able to understand the lecture w/o the files, would be better to have them and review along the video). Otherwise, the instructor does note & briefly review several of the features of SolidWorks (why I signed up). A little more work and the course has potential to be worth the cost.

I am more confused than when I started. The instructor just manages to play around with Solidworks while you watch him. There are no actual lessons, just the instructor making up words during the course.

I've completed a good portion of this course and I'm liking it so far. Has helped me get a lot of the concepts quickly. I liked the test questions too.
