I've purchased and watched a handful of different recruitment training videos and this by far is my favorite. Quick and to the point. I don't care about backstory or history of recruitment... I want to know to know whats working today. I feel this particular training is applicable to post pandemic recruiting, based on the experiences I've been having trying to find those "happy" employees.

Yes, this is a good course for a beginner, that will give the student the basics of social media engagement and avenues to find and attract candidates.

The course was really good with real time examples and have covered most of the social recruitment platforms searches like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Quora. Few miss could have been included is stackoverflow, GitHub kind of platform searches as well. Overall, great content and context to learn and implement.

Enjoyed the content and the tips, I think it could be updated. Remove Google+ as it isn't relevant anymore. Possibly update the LinkedIn section as the platform has updated since this was made.

This course was helpful as a recruiter myself looking out for jobs in the US. this was helpful and could be used once I find my job. A lot of them were new thou I was aware but haven't used them extensively. This is such great learning for me and Thank you Jamie for the detailed understanding of every social platform.

Der Kurs ist sehr praktisch orientiert. Vieles kann man sofort umsetzen. Eine kurze Wiederholung aufgrund des Umfangs des Kurses wäre hilfreich. Ev. kurzes Quiz oder konkrete Übung.

The course provide an overview of the field of social recruiting, a big subject. This online course is well-organized and clearly presented and explained. The strategies in the course are clear to follower.
In my opinion, the course sections related to "Quora" and "MeetUP" are very interesting and they can be useful in recruiting field.
I advise this course to people who work in HR field and who want learn about social recruitment.

Poor English pronounce, very hard to understand, and computer generated transcription doesn't help since it obviously has a lot of errors and completely invented words (poor computer, it's not his fault!)

So far this is very basic. In first three lectures, hasn't shared anything on specific social media platforms. Hope in next modules it will be covered more in details. First three lectures are more of an intro and very high level, that anyone who is doing recruiting for few hours will know.

Interesting course for novice recruiters, or for recruiters who have no idea about the emerging ways to use social media for recruiting, and are sticking to the older ways of doing things. The instructor also gives interesting tips, and etiquette to keep in mind while using social media which are very useful. The inclusion of non-conventional platforms such as Meet-up, G+, Quora and Pinterest was great and so insightful. The instructor is clearly very experienced and accomplished.

i benefited too much from this course by exploring a new sources for candidates which was always available but not used.
