Interesting discussions that give a bit of an insight in everyday dilemmas regarding social media policy in different areas of work (public sector, companies etc). Theoretical part was is brief and clear. Don't be afraid of the time of the course, try it :)

Very disappointed. There is not even transcript for the course. There are some good graphic charts featured on the screen while the presenter is talking, but I would have expected those to be available as downloadable PDFs or in a powerpoint presentation. Lynda.com costs roughly the same as these courses and those courses have both exercises files and transcripts. BYOBwebsite has not just the transcript but the ability to download the video for local view. The Udemy app crashes on iPad is the iPhone view is small. When one pauses the video, the play button in the middle takes away from the usefulness of a screen shot. I took a $600 course in grant writing last year and at the end of the course, the instructor distributed a PDF notebook containing every topic he'd covered in every lecture, filled with useful links and resources. Last year, I took a $750 course on being a brand ambassador and again at the end of the course received not just a similar PDF but lifetime access to the portal where that PDF can be downloaded again as it is updated. I regret that I bought the Social Media Boot Camp bundle and then had to buy this separately and watch it first. The full course is truly not worth the money and most of the information can be found for little to no money.

This course helped me set the foundation in order the draft an effective social media policy. Highly recommended.
