I was having a really hard time feeling organized and productive in Slack before taking this course. Coming from a career using email for so long it just didn't make sense to me. Amber is a great instructor who breaks down the steps to make everything easy. The 5 Keys of Communication are so helpful! Now I feel good bout using Slack because I know I have a good foundation for my team.
