Description
Dear Learners,
Welcome to this course on "Six Sigma-The Control Phase".
I have prepared separate lectures covering each of the five phases in your Six Sigma journey (DMAIC methodology), to enable learners with shorter time to grasp all topics with ease.
This course is covered in "10 short duration lectures" and cover the major elements in the control phase of the Six Sigma.
The focus of the control phase, is to ensure that our process continues to work well, produce desired output results & maintain desired quality. Here, we try to ensure that all the actions created in the earlier "improve phase" are well implemented and maintained.
This course is suitable for learners coming from a variety of backgrounds, both technical as well as non-technical. I am confident that the knowledge gained through this course will help you in your journey of Six sigma and process excellence.
