It's very good course. Very easy to follow, just in point. Things are explain clearly without complicating anything. If you looking for idea how to efficiently plan your meals without spending hours in the kitchen this is course for you. I personally very much enjoyed and now I'm ready to implement all this method and see how it's gonna work for me.
