The course is a good match as I've been trying to loose weight but instead I end up gaining more, I am also addicted to social media and this course feels like it's talking to me personally

Presenter was engaging and pleasant, but took a very judgmental tone and made several baffling statements. It is not possible to "conquer" diabetes through intermittent fasting or any other method, nor is an overspent credit card the reason most people have no money mid-month.

I enjoyed listening to Dr. Naraine's advice about how an individual with an abundance of time, and a scarcity of responsibilities will easily adopt a pessimistic view of the world. His advice regarding task prioritization, presented in the form of "M.O.S.C.O.W.", will be especially useful to me in both my personal and my professional life. I enjoyed listening to his talks about the comfort zone, and how the human body's tendency to veer towards instant gratification will ultimately hurt the individual's productivity. His analogy, comparing food poisoning to fulfilling a resolution of sorts, was spot-on, from my point of view. Overall, Dr. Naraine is a very engaging lecturer. I would happily recommend him to others.
