Before I had trouble understanding the Network Diagram, Critical Path, and Float, but the course instructor explained the concepts slowly and simply showing how to navigate the activities to align and how to calculate the durations to arrive at the critical path and the float time. Exceptional step-by-step explanations!

I liked the course however now i wish i had him to explain a bit more on the subject however the only thing i would say for the instructor as i am myself often asked to present or offer training on SIEM technology to be more relaxed when presenting his material. He is very good in field however sometimes it feels he is being a bit automatic on his presentation. Other than that good job ! :) Thank you sir ! Alexandre Laquerre

Through this course, I've gained a most valuable knowledge on how to carry out a CPM and for the first time in years, I am not confused about what terms like float, early start, early finish, late start, late finish mean and their impacts on projects or how to calculate them. This helped to really clarify how to use the critical path method and apply the forward and backward passes to solve. I appreciate how easy to follow this was, just wish there were a few additional examples or printable resources to practice what he demonstrated to be sure I truly get it.
