I really enjoyed this course, particularly about understanding the idea of value driven sales. I think it challenges me to go beyond selling features, and it's making me take extra time to research to make sure that I actually understand what matters to my existing and potential customers. I don't have a BDR, so while being an AE, I also have to hunt, I like the idea of mass blasting these semi-strategic accounts with e-mails that sound personal, but they're not. Looking forward to giving some of these tips a shot, hoping they generate opportunities.
