I would retrieve one star because the accent is very difficult to follow and the automatic subtitles often get it wrong, which is normal as the accent is difficult to follow. On the other hand, thanks to you guys and to your great work, I am able now to start working with salesforce with more confidence. So Thank you again for your efforts.

Great instructors and great lessons for a beginner. The quality of audio on recordings can be improved because there were lots of background noises. Overall this was a good course.

The course was excellent. Never used this product before and feel like I could comfortably use it (as a user, not an admin) going forward. My bit of feedback was that I was somewhat frustrated by a small number of references to customized objects and changes to the layout the instructors made for the video which are not in the default configuration and they did not explain how to make these changes until much farther in the course.
