Very good course!, thank you! One comment regarding # 16. RPA Growth Rate & Potential: Here figures are presented which refer somehow to years 2014 ff, depending of the graphs. So this 2 minutes part perhaps has the need of rework with more recent numbers, as we now have 2024.

As I am in charge of our CRM from a sales process perspective, this course gave me easy to understand insights of what RPA basically is and means. For sure it's no rocket science and not totally new if you are working in a process and (IT-)project driven environment, but considering all these aspects from a "RPA-perspective" helps a lot to understand the pros/cons and potential benefits/risks. It encourages me to dive deeper into the RPA world, as I see great potential, especially in “my” CRM area. I will definitely complete the Tech Primer course as soon as possible.
