The instructor do let you in on terminologi and general rules of thought regarding the subject, but I would have liked it to be more in-depth and not just introductionary information.

This curse has been very interesting for my professional career. In it the teacher teach us about all the modern aspects of the marketing on-line which are so important to manage our brand nowadays. Actually, doing a correct magnagement of our on-line reputation allow us to reach our potencial customers and therefore increase our sales. My only sorrow is that right now I want to know more about the science of revenue management.

All videos end absurdly. no closing notes for that particular topic. Also the 2nd video blacked out towards the end suddenly but continued to play slightly more than a minute or so

El curso aporta información vital para quienes buscan aumentar sus capacidades en esta area. Si tienes poco conocimiento del tema esta información te ayudará a complementar lo que ya sabes y te aportará detalles que tal vez creías no eran de importancia. Si no tenías conocimeinto alguno sobre Revenue management este curso te dará las bases para iniciar. Toca temas muy importantes pero sin entrar en muchisimos detalles. Lo cual está bien, de otro modo abrumaría a cualquiera que esté empezando en el tema. A mí me hubiese gustado ver un poco más de ejemplos relacionados con el revenue management, pero no puedo decir que los ejemplos dados no fueron útiles porque complen su funcion de explicar como funcionan o para que nos servirán ciertos aspectos del Revenue Management. Esperemos salga un curso un poco más avanzado para quienes queremos continuar con el aprendizaje.

It offers basics with easy to understand detailed explanation,but would like some downloadable documents (along with my notes) for cross-reference and rereading after course is done. This may offer more clarity later on

I really like it, is clear and straight to the main point of basis in revenue management, it explains the professional acronyms used mostly in revenue management department which I didn't understand before in my workplace above all when trying to understand reports related to Forecast, profits and revenue which some details were not under my knowledge and now thanks to this short course I understand better, it gives calculations and plenty of examples which I like too, to understand better and imagine the explanation in the real situation. I like it very much in general, as I put in practice as a front office supervisor in a 4stars Hotel, everything that the revenue management is been working hard for and with help of all the different hotel departments, together we get to reach or even increase the target that is been set on the first place to reach the profits, always as in the course says (sorry for spoiling) offering the right product to the right customer at the right time and with the right communication.

It outlines all the basic concepts of hotel revenue management, set the foundation stone for all that is new to this subject. The presentation is neat, clear and easy to understand.
