Fantastic course. The techniques taught cover all the important stuff needed to maintain general wellbeing and mental health whilst working from home. No stone is left unturned by the tutor but at the same time he makes all the information easy to understand and digest - explaining things in a really straightforward way. I now feel incredibly well equipped for starting my new 'work from home job' next week. Also, there were some very useful tools and resources which I wasn't expecting!

This was an excellent course. The lectures are organised into ‘bite size’ sections.... easy to understand, full of well researched and practical tips.... not full of jargon like many other courses. I wanted initially to use the course to help me be more effective in managing my own team.... many of whom are now working remotely for some or all of the working week. It certainly delivered everything I needed plus more! Highly recommended.

A very timely course which addresses the needs of people like myself, who have recently started working from home due to COVID-19, and are feeling a bit worn out and unsure of how I should be managing my time/workload. It is packed with lots of useful tips and information, the instructor is obviously very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator, and the overall quality of the course is suited to working professionals.

Excellent course, which I strongly recommend to anybody who is currently working from home, particularly those who might be new to working that way. The content is highly relevant and contemporary, it addresses a growing issue suffered by many remote workers, and is professionally delivered by an experienced university lecturer.
