Other courses show how to build entire app. This is the course where you learn fundaments and react building blocks. If you start with React I recommend to start with this curse first. In my case I have already build an react app. Now I take this course to understand what I have done and how. Vishwas knows how to teach and explain. This is not the first course I take from him.
