I give 4 stars for a very easy-to-understand lecture, clear voice, although it's for beginner but I still think the course should mention a bit deeper on each topic so learner like me get more knowledge attending the course. Thank you.

Very solid presentation of core Python functions. Gives the essentials without wasting time. The Sublime IDE suggestion is outdated, but I used IDLE, Notepad++ and online python anywhere to work through the material John presented. Well worth the money.

John Elder is an enthusiastic instructor. With what he covers, he does an excellent job explaining everything except for the %s syntax for formatting strings. However, he does not cover nearly as much material as do the other courses available on Udemy for Python. The course is actually true to its claim of being for absolute beginners.

The fundamentals are all there and explained step by step in easy to understand terms. The pace is swift, but it is always possible to drop back and review a section.

Python Programming For Everyone is fast paced, with quick lessons in bite size pieces. You can easily get through it in a day or two and John shows many code variations and quickly runs them without wasting time. Very easy to understand and very knowledgeable instructor. Thanks for using sublimetext in your lessons.

As a beginner in programming I really enjoyed the explanation of functions and commands used. Overall, I learned a lot. However, it would be really appreciated if there were more real world applications to it, or more object-oriented problems to solve, or even making a game using python. The course overall is great and enjoyable.

Really fast learning, the beginner section of the course isn't really suitable for beginners though. People who want to advance their knowledge in python will really gain a lot from this course.

Very Well Presented...Clear Audio and Screen is well presented which was not in the case of some Python courses...Good one for Beginners
Few Suggestions --> Quizzes are very important for Beginner courses - thats missing
Similarly real world examples and Assignments are not given.
For me I found very useful and Author has Great Energy.
Its a Beginners course and well presented.
