The course fails to meet my expectation, as the content does not detail specifics of building risk and more focused on general risk management. the fact that it is just a vooice over does not help any bit.

I was expecting to see a more detailed construction risk management training. Most of the information can be found in the general risk management frameworks.

The written material is informative, especially the additional reading material. The lectures add little as they are basically the course notes in Powerpoint with a voice-over. There is not much in the lectures which is specific to the Building and Construction industry.
