Great course. Power Automate Desktop is harder to learn than the online Office 365 Power Automate version. Most practice examples weren't really something I'm going to use in the office. However, the concepts were great. Very good teacher.

This course has almost no useful information for working with the platform. It is only a cursory overview and is unhelpful.

The Teacher is clear and direct to the point. But I think it would be nice to have some more explanation/examples on particular subjects instead of just mentioning it. But all in all I'm thankfulI for learning some new stuff wich will be beneficial for me in my daily work. I'm looking forward to take the next course on this.

Colin has great energy and knows the Power Automate Desktop platform. Although his delivery can have a rapid pace (especially early on), he speaks clearly throughout. Colin touches on useful tips to being productive with PAD from the start. There are a few areas that could be improved. 1) Quality of video - please use 1080p, and re-record the audio where needed (e.g. Exercise 2 has an annotation correcting yourself, but a simple audio edit/publish would clean this up) 2) A little more explanation on key areas would improve the course. An example of this is the Subflow introduction. The logic is 'magically' transported with no comment as to how. Both Cloud and Desktop are non-intuitive when it comes to 'landing areas' for logic. In this case, the user must Paste over the "No Actions Have Been Added Yet" text in the subflow. 3) I'm not a big fan of the exercise design. This is especially so on Exercise #1, which has an external link for the exercises but no mention that it is explained when you click Start Assignment on the bottom. On tiny 720p screens this probably isn't as much of an issue, but at 1440p and higher the design becomes much less clear. Also, exercise 2 has too much stretch. Cover more of the complexity in the course, with less expectation for the new student to make guesses. Solution summaries aren't a replacement for training inclusion. This approach can be frustrating for students.

It is doing a good job of getting me started. The examples however could be better explained. The author is rushing through many actions and leaving to much out that we have to figure out on our own - which can be useful but in a beginner course, I feel the goal is to get comfortable using as many actions in a practical manner.

He's really running through these exercises without enough practical examples and without focusing on the trouble you can find with this very buggy tool in the real world. The course could be much better if he thought through his examples better and gave several samples of how something works rather than brushing through so quickly.

Excellent course, great content and a very knowledgeable instructor. Unfortunately, it is not too easy-to-follow. The video quality is inferior and I can not see the mouse cursor at all.

Wow!! This course was fantastic, and exceeded my expectations greatly. Not only was I introduced to Power Automate, I now feel more confident to use it both in my personal and professional life. I can't recommend this class enough! I would give 6 stars if I could.
