Course appears to have been done in a rush. The presenters first language is clearly not English and it can be a struggle following what is said. There is a lot of repetition rather than getting to the point which means you can lose focus. One of the lectures was recorded at the wrong speed and playing about with the standard audio settings doesn't make listening much easier and you have to wonder why this has not been picked up. The course could and should be a lot better. The presenter uses the argument that database technology changes so he hasn't included specific examples of database implementation - I think this is a weak argument.
