This Course has been a revelation. Of the many courses I have read, listened to and or viewed on the subject of outsourcing (a BUNCH over the last four years), this one is the benchmark of excellence of them all.
In terms of depth, width and nuance, this course is a Master Class on the subject for outsourcing for the in home just getting started solopreneur looking for just one skilled, dependable and loyal virtual assistant or a more fleshed out enterprise looking for an entire team of outsourced workers...this course is the true north map to a successful experience.

This Course broadens your vision of whole process putting together a remote team, how you plan and conduct involvement of new staff, and how you manage your team effectively. While instructor explaining his approach; you will realize latent circumstances of working with remote team, and the videos of “know-how” utilizing some online resources show you how to keep it simple. I ENJOY IT.

This is an excellent course if you need to hire a virtual assistant or outsource work in order to build your business. The material is thorough and comprehensive. The instructor goes over the different aspects of outsourcing which include where to find potential workers, how to conduct interviews, handling exchange rates for payments, and tips for overcoming conflict. The instructor is very knowledgeable about this subject and even discusses some of the mistakes he made along the way. The concepts are also easy to understand for anyone who is just starting to grow their business.
