Very tight and hands on course, which helps to get "unstuck" during writing and to realize how you can properly structure your story so you can actually complete it. Definitely going to try it out in my own stories.

It's really good for when you're starting out your story writing, you get to know the terms you need to use later on when writing and the main parts of how to write your own story, I really enjoyed it.

The most useful piece of information in this course was about the difference between plot and story, which I had not heard elsewhere before - honestly, it was a slap on the forehead moment that should help any writer. Steve offers good examples to explain his concepts, and he has a dry style of delivery I appreciate. I also like the pace, which helped me take my own notes to refer to later as I listened.
Looking forward to the next course already.

Pretty good course. Covered pretty clear topics and how they related
to one another. I would have liked one or two more examples of films given during the lectures, to see how they related to the elements
discussed, like Trigger-to-Crisis or how a Flaw relates to an Epiphany. I also felt a little lost when things like Theme and Flaws were discussed because this course did not include sections on that specifically, but only touched on them; but this course was made with the overall structure of a story in mind, not every single detail.

The lecturer is very professional, explains concepts clearly and succinctly and inspires confidence. He uses real examples from the classics to illustrate and explain his points. This isa must for anybody who want to write a good novel with a great story and plot.

Pretty much a ripoff. This is just material already included in the instructor's other novel writing workshop course which I already paid for.

The information in the videos is not only consise and informative, they really help you to shape your story. It's been a while since I last wrote and my story really needed a clear outline. Just going through the videos helped me to shape my plot to make it more interesting., covering aspects I probably would have left out. IespGlad I got this course.
