This is definitely a really great course. I actually majored in Finance in school and took accounting courses as well. These overviews of SEC filings were not explicitly covered in school and yet these are super useful to know, which is why you need to take this course.

I enjoyed learning about the S-1, S-4, 8-K, 20-F and Proxy which are not SEC filings that I look at on a regular basis. The slides use examples from the actual 10-K's of the largest companies features on the major financial publications and on Bloomberg News and CNBC. The instructor is American, speaks perfect English, and has great communication skills which kept me focused in on the presentation. I read 10-K reports so the information contains in this video is very useful to me. I can always use this course as reference material.

The material provides very useful methods to navigate a company's filings to lay the groundwork for conducting your analysis. I'm learning some very useful information that I know will help me when I'm analyzing a firm.

Wall Street Prep courses are very well presented. The speaker comes through clearly and explains the course material where you do not have to have much prior experience. I have been a CPA for over 20 years mostly in the small business and nonprofit sectors. This course brought me up to speed very quickly on publicly traded companies. The workbook is a great take away. Many Udemy presenters do not provide something that you can review without going back to the course. This one does. Thanks Wall Street Prep for the course!
