I have really enjoyed your amazing course on "Anger Management". That was the reason I took this course as well. However, I am not satisfied and not convinced if this course ("Mindful Self-Mastery") is worth it because a lot of material are the same with "Anger Management" course. I was expecting 2-3 hours of new materials and was not expecting to see ~50% of the material is the same in a 2-hour course!

I love these courses and really like Angela. I did personal therapy with her for a 5 month period after watching anger management. Now bought this and loved it too! I recommend working with Angela 1 on 1. Going to watch Relationship Mastery now ?

This course is like Angela is talking to me and about me as though she knows me. One of the good results is that I've been able to realize I'm not a misogynistic freak, that I have a clinical problem with known and proven paths to well being. I wish I could have been aware of this material twelve years ago. Now I'm hoping to get better and save my marriage. Scary and revelatory at the same time.

Angela has an amazing style of balancing compassion, care and concern and she is a really good listener. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well read and readily shares this with you. I am learning to apply her principles of stepping aside from the noise in my head and just being an observer to what is going on. I highly recommend this course as it has taught me to change my thinking patterns, and I am ever grateful for her teachings.

I loved that this course was not just teaching mindfulness, but also explained the reasons for being mindful. This course also delved into some spiritual aspects such the true nature of our existence i.e who we really are. I also loved that this course does not teach mindfulness as a meditation practice that is to be done for a certain period of time each day, but teaches how to apply mindfulness in every day life situations; i.e. mindfulness as a lifelong practice that only gets better and better as we apply it into our every day life situations.

It seems my searching for answers of question about me is now finished. I have taken two courses 1. Anger Management Course 2. Mindfulness Course. My life is just transformed and now i am looking toward more peaceful co-existence with the world. Angela Hardy ma'am have provided these courses out of empathy and her love towards others. I thanks to her for generating compassion in my heart for others. Ma'am I am waiting your other courses on Self-Esteem, Self-Love Course.
