MBCT is a theoretical integration of mindfulness and cognitive therapy but is a standalone treatment so you do not need a background in either mindfulness or cognitive therapy to join this course as everything will be explained from the fundamentals.

On completing the course, you will earn a certificate accredited by the International Association of Therapists.

Succinct introductory course to MBCT. Gave me a good sense of what the modality entailed. Yoga session is a bonus. Helpful to say more about how to develop a plan, and expand on the how to, in addition to the what. Rather engaging throughout. Like all other courses by Chris, I enjoy it. Very balanced to me. Two very special lectures to me are 26 Mental models vs. Experiencing and 35 Doing and being. I knew the theory, but from another perspective, and the way Chris explained it was like a domino effect for me. Like I understand the concepts in his other courses more clearly.
