Good balance of necessary knowledge without getting too far into the weeds. Explanations are not in great depth. However, typically enough to get the job done. Very suitable for beginners. Enough to build a good basic web page. This course alone will not prepare one for Microsoft 'HTML5 with Javascript' certification. I already knew HTML5, CSS, JS. So, it was a Great review. The author is well organized and brings the student along quickly. The portions using Visual Studio need to be updated from version 2012 to 2022 because there are some changes in the default behavior and default installed packages, which might lose a novice. It was made clear in the first lessons that Notepad, Notepad++, or other IDEs could be used. So, Visual Studio not working as presented out of the box would not present a serious challenge to a novice completing the course without it. The content was well presented, paced quickly, and engaging.

There are much better courses out there. I got used to researching after watching videos, but here I had to do way too much. The tutor poorly or not at all explain what he does. Bombarding with Javasrcipt in the section called Introduction to HTML5! After watching him 10 minutes cannot figure out his own code I feel like I should have not wasted my time, money and energy. Things like this should have been cut out from the course content. I feel like it is just has not been built up as the tutor/and his team wanted.

Was not very satisfied with the content provided by this course. Expected a complete course to prepare for MS certification. Was VERY basic cannot see how this will even be helpful. Very disappointing.

No profundiza en el contenido y se supone que es un preparatorio al examen de certificación ms70-480, quedan muchos temas por explicar.

If there are errors in the code the teacher does not show how to solve them and pass to another topic

De spreker laat veel zien, daarom is het nog wel interessant, maar er zit geen duidelijke structuur in.

This is useful information but sometimes there is no explanation for some of the tags that used and what they are there for.

Just some live coding. Very poor explanation of what he's doing. Does not cover everything for the exam. Many of his demos are failing.

There is no sequence of ideas, and there is a lost time in things that must be ready before, such as text and paragraphs and names of folders, and his explanation is not adequate and not targeted people who are still in the beginning in this area , I feel this course is a review course not educational course

I put him on 2x speed just to make him talk at a normal pace. Video needs 3x speed! The documentation for what you are talking about: While it's great that you are mentioning what your notepad text file represents as you write it. It's to basic to go back to and comprehend if I was to directly copy it. As a user following the conversation, I have to pause you and add more details into my notes. Considering I have an exam on this, I cannot afford to not be verbose. I feel you could spend more time making the presentation for the discussion a little more professional by having the information already on slides and not typing in part of the conversation into note pad and then talking about it in depth.

The fact that this lists exam 70-480 is very deceiving this is in no way for someone prepping to sit for the 70-480 this is for someone that has never sat in front of a computer before.

Course is ok. However: the pace is excruciatingly slow and the details are way over the top. For example I guess everybody knows how to install a WebBrowser, it is probably not necessary to show this in the video. I have to play the videos at 1.5x sometimes 1.75x and en 2x the speed and still am quite annoyed. The production values are also a bit low. Which is not really a problem alway but this in combination to the slow speed and the live errors and correction makes for a difficult watch. It is a pity cause the guy has potential he knows his stuff and is obviously enthusiastic about the subject matter. He might do well to re watch his material and edit some stuff out

I need to prepare for the test, not hear the stupid history of the internet (email started in the 80's BS, I used it in 83 and it had been around a long time by then! ), but I'm hitting the skip forward as he is installing a zillion browsers and all that (not on the test dude!) and telling me about all the editors, and all that stuff. Seriously, no wonder this is 7 hours long - use MeasureUp instead.

Very nice and simple course with easy to follow examples! I must say that the live sample errors (unplanned ugly errors) where helpful to get me thinking even more about what was going on. Good job!
