Udemy did not provide the excel or MS word copy of the syllabus such as bust not limited to, rate analysis for all items. Quantity take of formats for all items, Activities and manpower productivity rate, over head cost estimation and BOQ etc. Pls provide the cost per square foot of MEP works for various project (Residential, Commercial, Data Center) in india.

VERY AWFUL DUE TO SO MANY REASONS: 1. Instructor I think has almost no experience in most of the topic. He is just reading lines from reference book. 2. Instructor is teaching not based on experience in most of the topic. 3. No sample in Variations, Claims & Value Engineering, I think, he is just reading some lines from reference book. I am expecting he will show some example in Claims & Value Engineering, HVAC, FF-FA & Plumbing. No examples. 4. No sample in Rate Anlysis, I think, he is just reading some lines from reference book. I am expecting he will show rate analysis in major items in HVAC, FF-FA & Plumbing. NO EXAMPLES.
