I like the help he gave with figuring out shortcuts on the computer. I was never shown that before. He is very easy to follow.

It is showing that I have not completed my course and will not let me get my certificate. I have done all 192 lessons but it is saying I have only done 184. I have been trying to fix this myself and sent emails to try to fix this but nothing is working. I am not able to get my refund either because they are saying that I am 'done' with my course. Very disappointing.
