Very simple to understand and the instructors are not speaking either too fast or too slow. Would have loved to see examples based on different scenarios though and not just one.

I have been using only clustering techniques for segmentation especially K-means with IBM SPSS modeller for a while; after completing this course I didn't just learn about other techniques, but I also learnt new things that I didn't know about K-means and many more about segmentation in general.

Should have been more emphasis on how you code your data in Conjoint Analysis. Codes of 0s and 1s don't always follow the 'logical' interpretation. For example - For price - budget was coded as 1 and 0 coded as Premium so higher coefficient meant more preference for 'Budget item' - counterintuitive. I could see a lot of people getting confused at this important stage. Think it should be emphasized more.
