Chakras are “spinning vortices of Light, of energy.” They relate to various aspects of our incarnation and are said to regulate the flow of chi (life force energy) through our system.

We have all experienced "blocked" and unbalanced chakras. Metaphysical healers and psychics absolutely LOVE to use these descriptions as a means to lure us back to them, again and again. I should know, since I am a qualified metaphysical healer myself.

In this course, we will look at why our chakras become blocked and/or unbalanced. But we will also be looking at ways to create and maintain a healthy balance for our whole energy system.
